The Works

Working with a small, independent restaurateur to create an industrial ice cream & waffle cafe. The use of reclaimed materials and the wall finishes revealed in site strip out were the key to acheieving the highly textural, industrial space. Visits to reclamation yards and car boot sales provided all the lighting, flooring and props as well as procuring old scaffold boards, corrugated metal sheeting and an old roller shutter for wall finishes.
